Fair Prices for Energy, Pollution and Property Rights

Dan of Migrations is having a discussion at his blog about different ways to deal with pollution problems from energy production. He leans toward carbon taxes. I lean toward market-based solutions that recognize private property rights (one of the areas where I don't fit so neatly into the Left-Libertarian mold). Do go see what it's about.
